YOUR ACCOUNT
Creating an Account makes it easier for you to order from us and be kept updated with promotions and new product information – but we do offer guest checkout which means you don’t need to create an account to be able to order from us – you’ll need to enter a valid email address at checkout and a delivery address
A phone number is also advised so that we can quickly resolve any delivery queries.
Discounts & Offers
You can sign up to our garden rewards membership for all the latest updates and exclusive access to any promotions and offers we run on our product ranges as well as VIP invites to gardening events and competitions.
Garden rewards members are also entitled to enjoy free delivery on any orders over £75 delivered to Mainland UK.
After signing up to Garden Rewards, you will receive an account activation email.
Once the account has been activated, your free delivery will show on the shipping page providing the order is over £75, you are logged in to the registered account and the delivery is to Mainland UK.
If the free delivery hasn’t been automatically added at that stage, please wait a few minutes and it should come through. We also recommend you simply refresh the page.
Whether you are a new or returning customer, once you have joined our garden rewards then you have unlimited free delivery on any orders of your orders over £75 that are being delivered to Mainland UK.
All Agriframes structures are intended to be straightforward to install and should not need professional installation. Full instructions are provided as well as an indication of how many people we recommend for the installation of your particular product – plus we are always happy to advise over the phone if you run into any difficulties.
If however, you would like further help we offer an on-site installation service - particularly useful for larger structures along with our unique, made to measure products - call us to discuss an installation quote.

Delivery
All standard orders are normally despatched within 5 - 7 working days providing the product is in stock. We will confirm all delivery dates with you post ordering.
Please note that all our bespoke items have an 8–10 week lead time and your delivery date will be confirmed as part of the order process.
Order Tracking
Once you have placed an order on our website you will receive an email confirmation, and we will then e-mail you again when your order is despatched along with information on how to manage your delivery directly with the courier.
The courier will also contact you directly to confirm delivery details.
If you have any questions regarding your order – whether it’s to check your order status, track a shipment, edit the delivery address or the delivery date, or to add delivery instructions - please call our friendly customer service at 0117 934 1790. They can liaise with our warehouse, check your order status and give you a full update or amend your order details.
Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, then you can, providing you inform us of this prior to the dispatch of your order. Once the order has been dispatched, please refer to the shipping and return policy.

Our return time frame is 21 days, please get in contact within 21 days of your order being delivered.
Product Enquiries
If you are at the stage of assembling your arch, gazebo, or arbour, you will find our grub screws in the joints of the spacer bars already. Additional spares are provided in a separate bag along with an allen key.
You will need to loosen the grub screws to be able to position the spacer bar. Once you are happy with the placement, all you need to do is tighten the screw with the allen key provided.
To setting up the door latch, you will need to follow consciously our door latch instructions here.
Most of our products are self-assembly unless stated otherwise.
Each individual product listing has more information regarding the number of people required and an estimated time frame to assemble and install.

Each product listing has more information regarding whether the height listed is the finished height (final height after installing in the ground) or the height before assembly (before installation height).
For products that state the finished height, they will be slightly larger to accommodate an installation depth. For products that state the height before installation, they will be slightly shorter once they have been installed in the ground.
If you choose to use patio feet with our traditional range, please allow for additional height to account for the installation depth and for the patio feet to add an additional 10cm.
The Traditional range is modular and made of tubular steel that is galvanised inside and out and coated in a uv-protective paint.
This range is only available as standard in black and offers a 10-year guarantee thanks to the 3 stages of rust protection.
The Elegance range is made from solid steel that is galvanised once and coated in uv-protective paint. This range comes in a variety of different colours and is welded so requires little to no assembly dependant on the product.
Our paint is UV stabilised to extend the life span of your products, if this becomes damaged in installation, please contact us so we can assist with touch up paint.

We have three ranges, that reflect the size and diameter of the steel tubing used.
As the structure gets larger the tubing size increases to ensure the finished structure is well proportioned and the frame can accommodate and support even the heaviest the planting.
