If installing on hard surfaces we recommend adding patio feet to keep your structure level and secure.

Our structures are designed to be installed directly into the ground – we recommend a depth of 30cm for maximum strength and longevity, which is added to the final height of the structure you select.

Standard Delivery

  • All standard orders are normally despatched within 5 - 7 working days providing the product is in stock.
  • Fruit Cages are hand finished to order in our Bristol workshop - due to current demand please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery.

Next Day and Saturday Delivery

  • When placing your order, if next day and Saturday delivery services are available in your postcode area you will be presented with these options.

  • All next day orders are for Mondays to Fridays.

  • Any orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday.

  • Next day orders must be made by 1pm on the previous day and are subject to stock availability.

  • If stock is not available you will be notified the same day and any premiums paid will be refunded.

  • Next Day delivery is not available for bespoke items or made to measure fruit cages.

  • A signature will be required upon delivery unless we have authorisation from you that the goods can be left.

  2. Returns Policy

    We hope you will be delighted with the product you receive and that you will enjoy it for many years to come. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 21 days for a full replacement or a full refund.

    Return postage can only be refunded in the case of damaged or faulty items or if the wrong items have been sent to you.

    We advise that you obtain a postal receipt, or send the goods back via recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels.

  3. How do I return an item?

    Should wish to return something you have purchased from us please call or email our Customer Services team on 0117 934 1790 or info@agriframes.co.uk and they will advise you whether we need to arrange for the item to be collected from you by courier or whether you need to return the item back to us via the Post Office - this will depend on the size and weight of the item.

    When returning undamaged ordered items the return carriage will be charged and deducted from your refund.

    If a collection needs to be arranged, this will be made for a weekday only, between standard working hours. If you are not able to be at home when the collection is to be made, we can arrange for goods to be collected from a safe location at your request.

    Bespoke / Made to Order Products including Fruit Cages and Cut to Size Netting are Non-Returnable Items and exempt from cancellation.

  4. Cancellation Policy

    If you wish to cancel your order then you can providing you inform us of this prior to dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched please refer to the returns policy.


  5. Product Availability Information

    Most products on our website are manufactured by our team which affords good availability of our catalogue ranges. If your order should be delayed pending stock availability of a specific item then we will inform you as soon as possible.

  6. Tracking

    Once you have placed an order on our website you will receive an email confirmation and we will then e-mail you again when your order is sent along with information on how to track your order with the courier and manage your delivery direct with them.

    If any goods received are either defective or unsatisfactory, we ask that you return them to us unused within 21 days. We would ask that you indicate your preference for a replacement or full refund. This commitment in no way impacts on your statutory rights.

Easy to *****

The pergola was relatively easy to *****, but did require 2 persons as the two halves of the curves tend to rotate until the uprights are fixed in the ground. The instructions were very clear and all parts were received intact. The only additional thing I did was to squirt some WD40 into each tube before ******** to prevent corrosion from the inside. The finished pergola looks great.

Lovely pergola

Not as difficult to construct as I thought. Top tip - read the instructions and then read them again. Sort out all the bits and lay them out in sets so they are easy to grab when the person who thinks they are in charge of doing the construction is shouting contradictory instructions at you e.g. give me the rubber hammer, where's the spirit level, I've dropped the Allen Key down a crack in the paving (for the 15th time) etc. Once you get the first uprights in it all comes together quite quickly and looks really lovely. What we learned in the course of our build - if you mark the depth you want to sink the uprights on them with a bit of electrical tape, which you can remove later, it really helps!

Excellent product

Good quality product, as we expected having previously bought a wonderful tuteur from Agriframes. My only comment is that at one stage of construction, the instructions indicate that a man and a woman are needed. However, this stage requires two women (especially if you have an extended version of the pergola). One woman at each end to hold the top up while the man (!) attaches the top to the supports! Otherwise brilliant!

Replacement pergola

Delivery was within a few days of ordering (having been told it was a 6week wait!). checking all the bits was complicated and some of the instructions were difficult to follow - we presumed that they were for a variety of constructions, so some instructions didn’t apply. We managed to construct it over a period of about 3hours. It needed strength to carry and hammer in the poles for hole-making .
